MAKING A BOOTABLE FLASH DRIVE
*Consider first the following before proceeding:
1. Make sure that the bios of the motherboard supports flash drive booting.
2. A little knowledge about pc operations.
3. The flash drive(usb pen drive) must be reformatted before proceeding, so please backup your files on the internet/your computer then reformat the flash drive.
*These are the steps:
1. Download this file: http://www.nu2.nu/mkbt/
2. Extract the contents using winrar
3. Go to start(press window key on your keyboard), press R on your keyboard(or click run).
Then type command.com
4. Type "FORMAT {USBDriveLetter} /U /S"
5. Wait until the format is done.
6. Now copy into the boot sector the files that you want to be played at windows startup. Be it an operating system or anything that is bootable.(Just make sure to set up everything on BIOS so that it will boot on your flash drive.
