-You can optimize Windows 7 by combining the optimization techniques in Windows XP and Windows Vista. But I recommend that, you will just have to have a 2 gigabytes of Memory and a considerable amount of processing power and storage. For Windows 7 to work on its limits. You can also used optimization software's like Tune Up Utilities.
