*Don't use shadow user(activate shadow mode) when you're trying to burn a CD. Because you will just receive an error message and the CD you are trying to burn will not be usable once the burning process begins.
It's because when shadow mode is enabled, the files you are saving are not actually stored in the hard disk. It may only be stored on the cache or in the RAM.
And if you are observant enough when you try to burn a CD using NERO, it will say that it will cache the files. Before trying to burn it on CD. It may be hard for the system to cache the files that are already cache. So the burn process will not be completed if shadow user is activated.

But you can also disable shadow mode on folders and auto commit files. As long as it is enabled on your shadow user configuration. Folders that are disable/excluded from the shadow mode protection are exempted from the automatic deletion of files when your computer is restarted. You can consider saving your files to the folders that are exempted from shadow mode.
And you can burn those files into a CD later on.
